And the characters! We get to meet some new faces, some helpful, some…not so much. Pay attention to the dialogue! Seriously. Every conversation, every interaction, could be a clue. You never know who you can trust. Everyone has their own agenda, their own secrets. It's a tangled web, and you're right in the middle of it.

I found myself constantly questioning everyone's motives. Are they telling the truth? Are they hiding something? Are they secretly plotting to steal the artifacts for themselves? The paranoia is real, people.

Overall, Ae Mysteries: Dark Ruins, Chapter 2, is a solid continuation of the story. It's engaging, challenging, and just plain fun. The puzzles are clever, the atmosphere is immersive, and the mystery is genuinely intriguing. If you enjoyed the first chapter, you're definitely going to love this one.

But, (there’s always a but, isn't there?) be prepared for a challenge. This isn't a game you can just breeze through. You'll need to use your brain, pay attention to detail, and maybe even consult a walkthrough or two (again, no shame!).

Oh, and one more thing: the ending. Let’s just say it’s another cliffhanger. Prepare yourself for the inevitable agonizing wait for Chapter 3. Seriously, I’m already counting down the days.
