Beware Of The Strongest Man Who Is Crazy About Me

Okay, so you know how sometimes life throws you a curveball? Like, a really weird one? Well, grab your coffee (mine's a latte, extra shot), because I have a story. It involves me, and... the strongest man you've ever seen. And yes, you guessed it, he's completely, utterly, head-over-heels... obsessed. With me! I know, right?!

It all started innocently enough. I was at the farmer's market, trying to decide between organic kale and… let's be honest, a giant donut. Suddenly, a shadow falls over me. I look up, and BAM! It's like a scene from a superhero movie, except instead of saving the world, this guy is flexing. Just… flexing. Intensely. And he's staring. Right. At. Me.

Now, I'm not saying I'm invisible, but usually people don't spontaneously combust into a muscle-bound display of raw power just because I'm contemplating leafy greens. He introduces himself (let's call him... "Titan," because, well, duh). Titan the strongman. And apparently, he's been watching me. Yes, watching me! Not in a creepy way… okay, maybe a little creepy. But mostly… enthusiastic?

Titan: "I have observed your dedication to local produce. Your appreciation for the simple things. Your... donut discernment." He actually said that! Donut discernment! Like I'm some kind of pastry prophet. Honestly, I almost choked on my own spit.

He proceeds to, and I kid you not, lift a whole stall full of watermelons. With one hand! What was I supposed to say? "Oh, that's nice, could you maybe put those back before the vendor has a heart attack?" I went with a simple, "Wow, you're... strong." Understatement of the century.

Since then, it's been a whirlwind of grand gestures. He carries my groceries (all of them, at once, even the heavy sparkling water – and you know how heavy that stuff is!), serenades me with opera (surprisingly good, actually), and leaves protein smoothies on my doorstep at 6 AM. Every. Single. Day.

The protein smoothies are... potent. Let's just say I haven't needed coffee in weeks. My apartment building is also suspiciously free of crime. I think Titan might be "keeping an eye" on things. Which is sweet, in a slightly terrifying, unbelievably over-the-top kind of way. Have you ever had someone open a pickle jar for you with their bare hands? It's… intense.

Don't get me wrong, attention is nice. And having someone who can literally lift a car out of your parking spot is undeniably convenient. But it's also… a lot. Imagine trying to have a normal conversation with someone who's constantly flexing their biceps. Or whose idea of a romantic dinner involves eating a whole roast chicken in one sitting. (He did offer me a bite, though!)

So, what's a girl to do? I mean, how do you gently let down the world's strongest man without, you know, causing him to accidentally flatten your neighborhood? Do you think I could convince him I'm allergic to protein? Maybe pretend I've suddenly developed a deep and abiding love for competitive powerlifting and need to focus on my training? (I could probably bench press a feather... maybe.)

Honestly, I'm open to suggestions. Anyone have experience with… intense admirers? Any tips on escaping a whirlwind romance with a human tank? Send help (and maybe a really good therapist). Because right now, my life is a rom-com gone gloriously, ridiculously, hilariously wrong. And I'm just trying to survive the adventure. Wish me luck!
