The Onslaught Lowdown

You'll earn Trophies of Bravery for completing Onslaught waves, which you can then use to unlock rewards at Shaxx's new vendor area. More weapons, armor, cosmetics... the loot never stops flowing (until you run out of Trophies, that is. Then it definitely stops flowing). Don't forget to grab the weekly bounties from Arcite 99-40, who seems to be getting on surprisingly well with Shaxx. Who knew our favorite crucible bot had it in him!

And yes, there are difficulties! Standard is casual, you can even go solo if you are brave, but LEGEND Difficulty will push you. Higher difficulty means better rewards and a higher chance of getting those god rolls. It's like a never-ending cycle of pain and pleasure, but that's what makes Destiny so addictive, right?

Cosmetics and Stuff

Of course, no update is complete without a fresh batch of cosmetics. There are new ornaments, shaders, and emotes to collect. Some are earned through gameplay, others are available in the Eververse store. I'm personally eyeing that new ghost shell that looks like a tiny Shaxx helmet.
