The enemy density can be wild. Especially around The Gulch and Firebase Hades.
Embrace the Chaos
I like to roam around these areas. Just keep moving. Shoot everything that moves.
Use a weapon with chain reaction perk. It will amplify everything. Trust me.
And while you are at it, complete some public events. The extra loot is always welcome.
EDZ vs. The Monotony
The Thrallway is efficient, sure. But it's also incredibly boring. So, are other places when all you do is the same thing, again, again and again.
The EDZ feels… well, like you're actually playing Destiny 2. Imagine that!
You're exploring, fighting, and experiencing the game. It's a change of pace.
Bonus Points: It's Easy Access
You don't need any specific DLC. You can go to EDZ anytime you want. It’s the easiest thing to do.
No need to load into a special mission. No keys, no fuss. Just hop in your Sparrow and go.
The Downsides (Okay, There's One)
It might not be the *absolute fastest* kill farm. It's not as concentrated as the Thrallway. True.
But the variety makes up for it, in my book. At least, it doesn't feel like a second job.
