Don’t get me wrong, it had its flaws. Plot holes galore, questionable character decisions. It's all there. But, compared to some of the earlier seasons, it wasn't a train wreck.

Think about it. We finally got some answers. Some of them were satisfying. Some were... less so. But closure, people! We got (sort of) closure!

Reliving the Trauma (Episode by Episode)

Twenty episodes. That's a lot of coffee. And frantic texting with friends. Did you guys feel as confused as I did?

Remember the "Game Over, Charles" episode? The anticipation! The disappointment! Good times.

And the fashion. Let’s not forget the fashion. Were those outfits even practical for running from a masked stalker? Probably not. But who cares! They looked good.

Who Was Actually Paying Attention?

Be honest, how many of you were more invested in the ships than the actual mystery? I know I was rooting hard for some of those couples.

Ezria, Haleb, Emison... the feels were real. Even if the relationships were built on a foundation of secrets and lies. Isn't that always the case in teen dramas?

The final reveal of A.D.? Some loved it, some hated it. But we all talked about it. And isn’t that what matters?

So, Twenty Episodes... Was it Enough?

Probably not. Could they have wrapped things up in fewer episodes? Maybe. Did they need a spin-off about Mona in France? Absolutely.

But hey, at least we got a definitive answer to the question: How many episodes are in PLL Season 7? It's a magic number in our fandom.

Now, if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to go re-watch the finale. And maybe pretend that the whole Spencer-has-a-secret-twin thing actually made sense.

Because in Rosewood, anything is possible. Even enjoying a season that everyone else loves to hate.
