And think of the possibilities for expanding the lore! Maybe we'd finally get Meta Knight's backstory! Or see King Dedede actually succeed at something, just once (okay, maybe that’s pushing it).

This is where things get really exciting. Imagine Kirby absorbing some brand new enemies and gaining some super cool powers.

We'd get to see Tiff and Tuff continue to be the responsible ones, trying to keep Kirby from accidentally destroying the entire kingdom (again). And Escargoon? Well, he’d probably still be getting the short end of the stick, which is always good for a laugh.
Let's be honest, the dynamic between Dedede and Escargoon is like a comedy duo made in heaven (or maybe in a discount monster factory).
Why We Need This (Even if We Don't Get It)
