Honestly, I'm starting to think Tariq needs a serious intervention. He’s juggling drug dealing, college, and mourning. Someone get this man a therapist!
The Monet Conundrum
Let’s be real, Monet Tejada is complicated. She’s a ruthless queenpin and a… well, let’s just say her parenting skills leave something to be desired.
I’m not sure what's more dangerous, a drug bust or one of Monet's "heart-to-heart" talks. She's always scheming, but I can't help but find her entertaining.
Diana Deserves Better (Maybe?)
Poor Diana. Trapped in the Tejada web of lies and secrets. I almost feel bad for her. Almost.
But let's be honest. She’s not exactly innocent. She is always going against her parents and gets in trouble as a result.
I do think she has a good heart. It’s just buried under layers of family drama and questionable decision-making.
The Love (or Lust?) Square
Speaking of questionable decisions, let's discuss Tariq's love life. Or, more accurately, his complicated relationships with multiple women.
Lauren, Effie, Diana… it's a tangled mess. My unpopular opinion? Tariq doesn't deserve any of them!
Seriously, he's playing with fire. And everyone knows how the Tejadas deal with fire – they burn everything to the ground.
I’m also starting to think that Brayden is the most loyal friend. Is he too trusting for Tariq's own good?
Unpopular Opinion Time
Here’s where things get spicy. I think Ghost sometimes tries too hard to be like the original Power. There are too many things going on.
I said what I said! It can feel a bit derivative. Does anyone else agree?
The episode was definitely entertaining. Just a little too chaotic for my taste.
Also, am I the only one who finds some of the dialogue a bit cheesy? Some lines are groan-worthy.
Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy the show. I just think it has the potential to be even better with a little more focus.
This whole episode reminds me of trying to parallel park in New York City. Intense, frustrating, and you're never quite sure if you're going to make it without causing some damage.
Ultimately, I’m still invested in the story. I want to see how Tariq navigates this crazy life he’s created for himself.
