Okay, let's talk Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 12, Episode 15. Specifically, let’s talk about the elephant in the room. Or should I say, the Gorgas and Giudices at odds...again?
The Boys Are Back In Town...Fighting!
Remember when the RHONJ husbands were just…there? Now, they’re front and center. And honestly, I’m kind of here for it.
The episode opens, and it is nothing but tension.
Joe vs. Joe: An Unpopular Opinion
Here's my controversial take: I'm Team Joe Gorga. Don’t @ me.
I know, I know. Everyone loves Joe Giudice. But, let's be honest, he caused A LOT of problems for Teresa.
And Joe Gorga? He's always been ride-or-die for his sister. Sure, he messes up, but his heart is usually in the right place.
This episode highlighted their brother-sister bond. It was strained, yes, but you could see the love was still there.
The Retreat From Hell (Again)
Of course, this wouldn't be RHONJ without a disastrous cast trip. Cue the zen retreat!
Did anyone actually think this would be relaxing? Please. This is Jersey, darling. Drama is the state bird.
Jennifer's Evolution (Or Lack Thereof)
Okay, Jennifer Aydin. What are we doing here?
She clearly still had so much animosity. The poor woman needed a vacation from the vacation! I personally blame the constant comments regarding her husband Bill Aydin.
Honestly, it’s like she thrives on the chaos. Maybe that’s why we keep watching.
Melissa's "Honesty"
Melissa Gorga always plays the "voice of reason." But sometimes, it feels…fake?
She claims to be all about honesty, but is she really being honest with herself? I'm not convinced.
She seemed to be more concerned with staying out of the crossfire. Valid, but not exactly groundbreaking television.
Dolores: The Unsung Hero
Shoutout to Dolores Catania for always being the most level-headed. She's the Switzerland of the group.
She's loyal, she's funny, and she always keeps it real. We need more Dolores in our lives!
I also commend Dolores for her new relationship. Although, she must have the patience of a saint to deal with this group of women.
Teresa's World, We're Just Living In It
Let's be real: everything revolves around Teresa Giudice. Always has, always will.
She's the queen bee, the OG, the reason we're all watching. Even when she's wrong (which is, let's be honest, often), you can’t help but root for her.
Her relationship with Luis Ruelas continues to be a major plot point. Are they in love? Are they crazy? Maybe both.
But let’s be frank: she is reality gold!
Final Thoughts
Overall, Episode 15 was classic RHONJ. Family drama, over-the-top personalities, and enough yelling to make your ears ring.
It definitely sets the stage for a dramatic reunion. I for one will be counting the days.
Unpopular opinion: I secretly love the mess. Bring on the drama!
