Gina and Emily: Friendship Goals (Maybe?)
Amidst the chaos, we see Gina Kirschenheiter and Emily Simpson trying to navigate their friendship. These two provide much-needed comic relief, even when dealing with serious topics.
They're like the "normal" ones in a sea of extravagance and over-the-top personalities. Their banter is relatable, and their friendship feels genuine (for the most part).
Emily throws a Halloween party and dresses up with her husband. This party showcases that family is the most important thing to Emily, and her relationship is strong.
Jennifer's Trying to Fit In!
Newcomer Jennifer Pedranti is still trying to find her footing among the OC veterans. She’s trying her best, but it's like being thrown into a shark tank wearing a sequined swimsuit.
She faces some tough questions about her past and her choices, and let's just say some of the other women aren't exactly welcoming her with open arms. Will Jennifer sink or swim? Only time (and future episodes) will tell.
Jennifer struggles with how to navigate the group. It is hard being the new girl.
Tamra and Shannon: Still Not Seeing Eye-to-Eye
The episode wouldn't be complete without a major showdown between Tamra and Shannon. These two former besties are still at odds, and their attempts at reconciliation are... well, let's just say they're not exactly successful.
It's like watching a tennis match, but instead of tennis balls, they're lobbing accusations and passive-aggressive digs at each other. The back-and-forth is exhausting (and entertaining!).
This episode sees Shannon and Tamra having it out, again. This causes division in the group.
