Okay, settle in, garlic-averse friends! Let's talk about What We Do in the Shadows Season 4. This season? Wild. Absolutely bonkers in the best way possible.
Baby Colin Robinson: The Creeper Crawl of Cuteness
Remember Colin Robinson, the energy vampire? Well, he's back… as a baby. Yes, a giant, rapidly growing baby with Colin's face. It's like watching a Benjamin Button experiment gone gloriously wrong.
Imagine having to change the diapers of a being who drains your life force with every coo. It’s a hilarious, albeit slightly disturbing, parenting journey for Nadja.
Nadja's Vampire Nightclub: A Business Venture Batty Enough to Work
Nadja opens a vampire nightclub. Because why not? Think Studio 54, but with more blood and less disco. It's a disaster, of course.
She deals with shady investors, unreliable employees, and a clientele that’s, well, undead. Running a nightclub is hard enough without centuries-old rivalries and the occasional spontaneous combustion.
And of course, Guillermo is always around trying to fix it like a worried mom.
Nandor's Eternal Quest for… Love?
Oh, Nandor. Sweet, clueless, genocidal Nandor. He's still looking for love. Remember all those wives he mentioned? Well, they're back, sort of.
He tries the djinn's wishes to find the "one". He wishes for his wives back and realizes they are not who he remembers.
It’s a rollercoaster of misguided affection and ancient warrior baggage. Bless his heart.
Guillermo's Heroic (and Underappreciated) Deeds
Let's not forget Guillermo, the ever-suffering familiar. He’s basically the glue holding the whole chaotic household together.
He protects them, cleans up their messes (literal and metaphorical), and secretly dreams of becoming a vampire himself. When will he finally get his due?!
Guillermo does everything for the vampires even they treat him like crap most of the time.
Laszlo's... Fatherly Instincts?
And then there's Laszlo, the raunchy, eccentric vampire with a surprising soft spot (sometimes). He becomes Baby Colin Robinson's unlikely mentor.
Think of it as a bizarre, undead version of "Three Men and a Baby." He's trying to teach the kid to be cool, not a soul-sucking bore. It's beautiful, in its own weird way.
It is so sweet seeing Laszlo and Baby Colin Robinson's interactions.
Season 4 is a beautiful symphony of the absurd. The show continues to deliver the kind of quirky humor and delightful characters that made us fall in love with it in the first place.
Basically, this season is pure, unadulterated fun. Expect the unexpected, embrace the ridiculous, and prepare to laugh until your sides hurt. What We Do in the Shadows remains one of the funniest shows on television. Go watch it, mortals!
