It feels like forever, right? Laura Wright is killing it as Carly, but a girl needs her bestie back. And Dante needs... well, Dante needs to decide if he's really feeling this Sam thing. I'm just saying.
The Lulu Drought: A Serious Problem
I know, I know, Lulu is in a coma. We get it. But comas in soaps are basically extended vacations. Everyone wakes up eventually, usually with amnesia or a secret twin.
Seriously, the writers could do ANYTHING. She could wake up speaking fluent Icelandic. She could think she's a cat. The possibilities are endless! And frankly, I'd take any of those over this limbo we're in.
Why We Need Lulu Back ASAP
For starters, the Quartermaine mansion is feeling a little too… polite. We need Lulu's sassy energy to stir things up. Remember when she ran The Haunted Star? Good times.
And let's not forget Charlotte. That kid needs her mom. I mean, Valentin is great and all, but a little maternal influence wouldn't hurt.
Plus, and this is an unpopular opinion, Lulu and Dante are endgame. I said what I said! Sam is lovely, but "Lante" has history. Deep, soapy history.
Wild Theories and Wishful Thinking
I've spent way too much time on fan forums. Some theories are wild! Alien abduction? Body swap with Nina? Honestly, at this point, I'd be okay with either.
One particularly intriguing one involves Lulu waking up with psychic powers. Think of the drama! She could expose all of Victor Cassadine's dirty secrets with a single glare. That's soap opera gold!
Another theory suggests she’s been secretly training as a spy. Okay, that one's a bit far-fetched. But hey, it's General Hospital. Stranger things have happened.
My Unpopular Opinion: Lulu Deserves Better
Look, I love the show, I really do. But Lulu's coma storyline feels a bit... lazy. It’s like they put her on the shelf to deal with other things.
It's time to dust her off and give her a good plotline. One with twists, turns, and maybe a little bit of mistaken identity. You know, the usual.
Maybe she wakes up and opens a bakery. Or becomes a race car driver. Or discovers she's related to the British Royal Family. Just throwing ideas out there!
So, When IS She Coming Back?
