Okay, let's be honest. We're all thinking it: when IS the next episode of Tower of God coming out?
It feels like we've been waiting since, well, forever. Seriously, remember when season one dropped? Good times.
The Great Hiatus Mystery
It's like a puzzle. A really, really frustrating puzzle. Except, instead of fun colors and interlocking pieces, we just get silence.
And fan theories. So, so many fan theories. Are the animators climbing the actual Tower? Is Bam himself delaying production with his irresistible charm?
Maybe Rachel is responsible? (Okay, that's a low blow, even for me.)
The Manga: A Lifeline in the Dark
Thankfully, there's the original source material! The manga by SIU is still going strong.
It's a massive story, so we're not exactly short on content. But reading panel after panel just isn't the same as seeing that sweet animation.
Especially when Bam starts using his crazy powers. We need to see that in action!
My Unpopular Opinion (Prepare Yourself)
Here it comes: I kind of hope they take their time. Yep, I said it.
I know, I know! We all want it NOW. But think about it: rushing things can ruin them.
We don't want a rushed, poorly animated season two. We want Tower of God to be as epic as it deserves.
Distraction Tactics: What to Watch While We Wait
So, what do we do while we're stuck in the endless waiting room? Binge-watch similar anime, obviously.
Something with power struggles, mysterious protagonists, and maybe a tower or two. There are always many great anime to explore while we wait.
Or, maybe even dare to read other mangas. Hunter x Hunter and One Piece are my recommendations.
The Eternal Question: Is There Hope?
Of course, there's hope! We have to believe. Fans haven't given up.
The popularity of the Tower of God is real. There's no way they'd just abandon such a beloved series.
