When Is The Shanks Movie Coming Out

We got One Piece Film: Red, sure. Uta was cool, the music was great, and Shanks played a role. But was it enough? Absolutely not.

Here's my (probably unpopular) opinion: Shanks deserves his own movie, and it should have happened, like, yesterday.

Think about it. His rise to power. His crew, the Red Hair Pirates. His relationship with Mihawk. The God Valley Incident! So much potential!

Imagine the epic battles, the dramatic flashbacks, the tear-jerking moments. Forget treasure; the story potential is the real One Piece!

We want to know everything! From his early days with Buggy to how he found that Gomu Gomu no Mi. I want to see how he became a Yonko.

And let's face it, a Shanks movie would break box office records. Everyone loves a good origin story, especially when it involves a legendary character.

Why The Wait? (My Wild Speculations)

So why are we still waiting? Is Eiichiro Oda just teasing us? Is he saving the best for last?

Maybe he’s afraid a Shanks movie would overshadow the main story? Nah, that's impossible. Or is it?

Perhaps there's some crazy plot twist involving Shanks that Oda is meticulously planning? I choose to believe this one!

Another theory? Animation is hard. Drawing all that red hair, those scars, the battles… it's a monumental task. I get it.

Or maybe, just maybe, Oda wants to keep the mystique surrounding Shanks alive for as long as possible. To only reveal his secrets at the perfect moment.

The Impatient Fan's Plea

Look, I understand storytelling. I understand pacing. But I'm also a fan, and I'm impatient!

We need a Shanks movie. We deserve a Shanks movie. The world needs a Shanks movie!

So, to Oda-sensei, if you're reading this: Please, throw us a bone! Give us a trailer, a teaser, anything! Just let us know that a Shanks movie is on the horizon.
