What made those series so great was the unexpected. Sorrentino's crazy creative decisions blew minds.

Bringing back Jude Law feels… predictable. Dare I say, safe?

Maybe the true genius lies in moving on. Exploring new characters. New papal anxieties.

We can always rewatch the original series. And swoon over young Lenny Belardo.

Let's be honest, we're probably just missing the aesthetics. The drama!

We want beautiful people in fancy clothes! We deserve it!

So, will he be back? I honestly have no clue. And I kind of like it that way.

I am fine if the series go on with other character development without bringing him back to life.

However, if Sorrentino has a brilliant, mind-blowing reason to bring him back? Then, absolutely, yes! Bring on the papal chaos!

But if it’s just fan service? Maybe let the Young Pope rest in peace. Or, you know, in a fancy Italian coma.

Ultimately, whatever Sorrentino decides, I'll be watching. With a glass of wine and a healthy dose of skepticism.

And probably secretly hoping for just one more glimpse of that iconic white robe.
