More Demon Slayer? You Know It! (Probably…)
Let's be real. Are we really asking if there will be more Demon Slayer? Of course, there will be! It's like asking if the sun will rise tomorrow. A little dramatic, I know.
Think about it. It’s super popular. Money is involved. Case closed.
The Manga's Done, But…
Okay, okay, I know what you're thinking. The manga is finished. Shouldn't the anime be ending soon? Technically, yes, the main story is done.
But here’s my (maybe unpopular) opinion. Endings are just starting points in disguise.
Hear me out. We got spin-offs! We got side stories! There’s a whole world of Demon Slayer potential just waiting to be explored.
Unpopular Opinion Time!
I think we need a Demon Slayer slice-of-life anime. Imagine Tanjiro doing his laundry. Or Zenitsu trying to online date. Comedy gold!
Who wouldn't want to see Inosuke try to navigate a grocery store? That alone could fill an entire season. I rest my case.
Maybe a prequel series? Show us the legendary Demon Slayer of yesteryear. More brooding samurai! More epic battles! More demons!
Movies? Specials? Bring It On!
Even if we don't get a full-blown new season, what about more movies? The Mugen Train movie was a smash hit. Why not keep the train a-chugging?
And let's not forget those delightful little OVA specials. Remember the training episodes? More of that, please! I need my dose of Demon Slayer silliness.
Or perhaps a what-if scenario? What if Nezuko never became a demon? What if Tanjiro joined Muzan? The possibilities are endless!
The Demand Is There
Let’s be honest, we, the fans, are the driving force. We watch, we buy, we obsess. Studios tend to notice that kind of thing.
As long as people are screaming "Nezuko-chaaaan!" from the rooftops, Demon Slayer isn't going anywhere. And I don't see that stopping anytime soon.
So, will there be more Demon Slayer? I'm putting my money on a resounding YES. Don't be surprised if you see an announcement any day now.
My Bold Prediction!
Okay, here’s my super-bold prediction. By next year, we will have heard *something* about the future of the anime. Mark my words!
It might not be a new season. But a movie? A special? A teaser trailer? I'm betting on it.
Until then, I'll be rewatching my favorite episodes and dreaming of Inosuke struggling to use a smartphone. Keep the faith, fellow fans!
