The first season only scratched the surface of the manga's storyline. There's so much more craziness and character development just waiting to be animated! Imagine seeing even more of Kogarashi's past, or diving deeper into the backstories of the other residents.
Plus, the manga introduced a bunch of new characters! We're talking even more eccentric personalities and powerful supernatural abilities to shake things up. More importantly though is that the romantic tension increases even more!
Imagine even more hijinks and heartwarming moments, beautifully animated. Think about it, the possibility of seeing the manga's later arcs play out on screen is a huge draw for fans. New powers, new enemies, and a more serious, more romantically-inclined Kogarashi!
The Challenges of a Second Season
Of course, there are always challenges. Anime adaptations can sometimes stray from the source material. It’s always a risk that a potential Season 2 might not live up to the high standards set by the first.
And let's be honest, the fanservice can be a bit… much, at times. Finding the right balance between humor and, well, "boinginess" is key to pleasing everyone. Hopefully, they find a way to balance everything appropriately.
