I have a confession to make. There's this actor, Ethan Peck, and... well, let's just say my feelings are complicated. Very, very complicated.
It's a love-hate thing, mostly hate, okay, maybe... strong dislike. Here's why.
1. That Hair! Seriously?
That perfectly tousled, effortlessly cool hair. It's like he woke up from a nap looking like a shampoo commercial. I mean, who does that?
I spend an hour with a curling iron and hairspray, and I look like I stuck my finger in a light socket. Not fair, Ethan Peck. Not fair at all.
2. Those Eyes! The Hypnotic Blue Gaze!
It's like staring into the Aegean Sea, if the Aegean Sea could act. And judge my life choices. Harsh, I know, but honest!

Taking on such an iconic role? Bold move! But also, mildly infuriating because now I can't unsee him as Spock.

4. That Voice! So Smooth, It's Illegal.
It's like melted chocolate, but with a hint of intellectual superiority. And it can carry a tune!

5. The Clothes! Always So Well-Dressed.
He manages to make a simple t-shirt look like it was personally blessed by a fashion deity. It's an outrage!

Okay, I hate to admit it, but the guy can act. It's annoying. He commits to his roles, puts in the work. Grrr.

By all accounts, he seems like a genuinely nice person. Which is the worst. Now I can't even fully commit to my hate!

He's tall! Like, really tall. This has no logical bearing on anything, but I am including it because I can.
Must be nice to reach the top shelf without a step stool. Must be nice.
9. The Instagram! The perfectly curated life!
His Instagram feed is a masterclass in aesthetic perfection. It's all landscapes and thoughtful poses and general enviable coolness.
Meanwhile, my Instagram is mostly blurry pictures of my cat and questionable food choices. Thanks a lot, Ethan Peck!
10. That Last Name! Peck! Really?
Peck? It's like the universe is taunting me. How can someone with such a silly-sounding last name be so incredibly... everything?
